कंप्यूटर क्या है? (What is Computer?)
कंप्यूटर एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक यंत्र (Electronic Device) है, जिसका उपयोग आकड़ों (Data) और सूचनाओं (Information) के संकलन (Collection) व प्रसंस्करण (Processing) के लिए किया जाता है।
A computer is an electronic device used to store and process data and information.
कंप्यूटर को कितने भागों में विभाजित किया जाता है?
कंप्यूटर को दो मुख्य भागों में विभाजित किया जाता है –हार्डवेयर (Hardware)
सॉफ्टवेयर (Software)
हार्डवेयर क्या है? (What is Hardware?)
कंप्यूटर व उससे जुड़े सभी उपकरणों को हार्डवेयर कहा जाता है।
Examples: CD/DVD, Printer, Keyboard, Mouse, Modem, Pen Drive आदि।
Computer and all the devices connected to it are called Hardware.
सॉफ्टवेयर क्या है? (What is Software?)
किसी कार्य को पूरा करने के लिए कंप्यूटर द्वारा उपयोग किए जाने वाले निर्देशों (Instructions) के समूह को सॉफ्टवेयर कहते हैं।
Examples: Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Browser आदि।
The group of instructions that a computer follows to complete a task is called Software.
कंप्यूटर के मुख्य अंग (Main Parts of Computer)
कंप्यूटर के तीन प्रमुख अंग होते हैं –
इनपुट डिवाइस (Input Devices)
प्रोसेसिंग डिवाइस (Processing Device)
आउटपुट डिवाइस (Output Devices)
1. इनपुट डिवाइस (Input Devices)
वे उपकरण जिनका प्रयोग कंप्यूटर में डाटा भरने, निर्देश देने अथवा सूचनाएँ संकलित करने के लिए किया जाता है, उन्हें इनपुट डिवाइस कहते हैं।
Examples: CD/DVD, Keyboard, Mouse, Pen Drive, Microphone, Joystick आदि।
Devices which are used to insert data, instructions, or information into a computer are called Input Devices.
2. प्रोसेसिंग डिवाइस (Processing Device)
कंप्यूटर का वह भाग जो डाटा संग्रहण और नियंत्रण करता है, उसे प्रोसेसिंग डिवाइस कहते हैं।
Example: CPU (Central Processing Unit)
The device in the computer that controls data collection and processing is called the Processing Device.
3. आउटपुट डिवाइस (Output Devices)
वे उपकरण जिनका प्रयोग परिणाम (Result) को दिखाने या सुनाने के लिए किया जाता है, उन्हें आउटपुट डिवाइस कहते हैं।
Examples: Printer, Monitor, Speaker आदि।
Output Devices are used to display the result.
